A worked example

About me
I come from plant engineering. For seven years I ran a manufacturer of powder coating equipment, then worked as a plant manager. Since 2003 I have been advising companies as an independent consultant.
I know both sides: the supplier who wants to sell, and the operator who has to live with the line every day. That is why I know what really counts.
